Economic retaining of a steep cut bank behind existing turn of the century Wellington houses.

This job had minimal space available and included rejuvenation of a failing set of stairs.

This was achieved with the use of drilled anchors into the hillside in a grid pattern with structural reinforcing and concrete applied to the slope face.
